At Cono Sur, we choose to make wine the eco-friendly way. Part of this means planting wildflowers in natural corridors between our vines. These corridors encourage biodiversity which is essential for enriching our soils. It’s a win-win situation, because protecting our local environment leads to healthier grapes, which leads to better tasting wine.
This summer we’re teaming up with Plantlife, who for over 30 years have had a single ideal: to save and celebrate wildflowers, plants and fungi. These plants are the life support for all our wildlife, but without Plantlife’s help this priceless natural heritage is in danger of being lost.
